Shipping/Returns
Shipping Policy:
We ship with UPS, Monday through Fridays, except holidays. Orders are a four step process and can take up to three weeks: Print, assembly, package and ship. Shipments are made after payment processing, if payment is received by noon (Eastern Time); NEXT DAY if received after noon. We also encourage shipping insurance. We will give you an estimated ship date within 24 hours of receiving your payment.
Return Policy:
If you don't love it, return it! Read on for details and for instructions on how to make a return. Art Legacy gives you 10 days from the date you received the giclee to return it.
You may return your giclee for a refund (excluding shipping charges and 25% re-stalking fee) by following these simple steps:
- Ship your item back to us in its original packaging and enclose your completed return request. We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method.
- If damaged, take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
- Attach your photos to an email and send them to sales@artlegacyshop.com Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
- You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your return request is being processed.
- Contact sales@artlegacyshop.com to process and track your return.
